I went to the branch on Friday I had a hoot problem good enough it was or couldn't be paid by insurance and out of warranty as it was not a natural damage was charged R1601.33 for them to just put isolation tape around the cable not even replace it. then leave the small box in the Bonet opened they didn't close it properly if there is more damage they will not hesitate to charge more money.
