Grievance

I bought my car 2022 December online, As a first time car buyer I did not know what to expect as I saw people's feed on social media thinking I will get the same experience, however my sales person put zero effort into making the experience good, Why am I writing this over a year later?? because I referred a friend to buy the same kiger 2024 model the experience she got was out if this world the sales person got her cup holders, goodie hamper, full tank and a cooler box :( while I only got a useless key holder. Honestly think Maggie took advantage because it was my first time buying a car and she was not even the on the day I collected the car I was running around the dealer like a headless chicken seeking for assistance.
