Brand New car with starter problem, stayed at garage more than 2 months

I bought my car last year around August, brand new renault stepway plus,, around February it have problem with starter, i took it to the nearest renault garage of which is Ladysmith kzn. It been 2 months now, every time when i call them, they are saying renault SA send wrong part,,, few weeks back they then said my car is fine but i will have to use 2 key, other one for starting a car and the other one for door and petrol thank, i ask them how is that possible they say, renault SA SEND WRONG IGNITION, and i refuse to collect it with 2 keys,,, the manager said after 3 days everything will be fine..... Remember I'm the one who call them, they don't bother to apdate, and 2day they tell me i have to wait another fully 3 weeks my car is still waiting for correct ignition with key from SA..... I REALLY NEED HELP PLZ
