Good Service and Client satisfaction

I would like to thank Renault Durban South Sales person by the name of Daryl he and his team has been assisting me from last month around the 12th of February. This was the time I was shopping around for a new car since my old car was a write of. I was in new of transport to get to work and back. Since there were no Triber's available at this stage on the 19th of February Daryl and his team has assisted me with a COUTESY to use till new stock arrives since the delay was caused due to the Madagascar cyclone. At this stage I did not even sign a contract for the new vehicle but still was offered this option just to keep me on the road and attending work. I was given a Renault Kwid the Clumber edition. This car had a mileage of only 8000km on the clock. To add to the above this car was delivered to me in Chatsworth on a Saturday. To anyone who reads this, this is what i called going over and above the call of duty to keep the client happy and well services. I am sure if this was anyone else, they would say to me we will contact you when stock is available.
