They broke my handbrake

Brought my Nissan NP200 for service. When I came back to collect it the handbrake was completely not working. They had quoted me on replacing my handbrake cable over the phone while they were working on the vehicle and I declined the job because when I dropped the car off my handbrake was fine when I collect the car handbrake is completely not working and their excuse is that they quoted me and I declined. Never servicing my car there again. And I know I'm just one customer but I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.
