Terrible Experience when i took my car for service, They drive people's cars around

Renault the Glen I had the worst experience with them. Took my car in for a service and the guys drove my car to a garage and got into an accident. I forced them to fix my car and they did but they fixed the door but the front wheel was not properly fixed and wheel and alignment was not done. I collect the car and drive away, on the road the car was terribly shaking. I had to drive back and force them to do the wheel alignment and balancing which they said they will do but was not done properly either. This past weekend I had a flat tyre for the very first time since I bought my car, mind you the car is 1 year old. Only to find the spare tyre is worn out and dirty and not the correct size. So when I took the car in for the service they also stole my brand new tyre which came with the car and replaced it with the old worn out trye. Terrible service and will never get a renault ever their garages are dishonest and ********
