Poor New Car Sales Renault Dealership

I bought a new Renault Kwid from Group 1 Renault in The Glen in May 2019. The vehicle was supp**** without the spare key, with a promise that it will be ordered from France. 7 months later I have still not received the key. Whenever I discuss with the Stock Controller (about every 4-6 weeks), he promises to phone me back the next day but never does. A few weeks ago he said he had the key and needs to send it to the branch close to me. This morning the Sales lady is saying he has still not received the key from France.
