Good service at first and then pushed aside once OTP was accepted

We bought a brand new Renault kiger 2025 on May 9th 2025 and were assisted by Mishka which were friendly and helpful at first. When the offer to purchase was accepted, she started neglecting us as the customer and we felt insulted when we fetched the car and we didn't even get a small hamper as a thank you for buying from them. She kept saying she will send us our hamper but we are still waiting. We could have gone to Renault Alberton instead as it is closer but we supported East Rand branch instead. I will not be visiting them again and will rather take my renault to Alberton.
