DO NOT BUY A RENAULT KWID.

ITS A **** ESPECIALLY THE INSURANCE.

I bought a 2019 Kwid and when it came down to the insurance the sales person did no provide details about the comprehensive insurances.

Rodel is the company that insures the Kwids.

Rodel is a terrible company to deal with. They do no care about anything as long as the case is completed.

The comprehensive insurance agreement was signed by the sale person without my knowledge which became a mass issue.

I had a accident and the Kwid was a write off and when it come down too the claim Rodel has a set R 30 000 excess which was never mentioned in any agreement I signed for.

I have copies off the Rodel Insurance Signed by The Sales Person **********ly.

She failed too provide the details off the insurance and the Ts and C.s for them.

I did my own research and found even more contradicting information on Renault SA

The Renault website : http://www.renault.co.za/kwid-terms-and-conditions.html (+-R 15 000 access is completely different too the agreement signed by the sale person **********ly.

The Insurance does not pay full value off the car and they pay well short off the +- R 150 000 of the car value plus the deduct R 30 000 excess from the payment forcefully.

I have tried Contacting Renault SA too ask why this dealer is doing ********** deals and they have no answer yet I have still responsible to cover the excess and short fall to the bank.

I will never BY A RENAULT AGAIN. WORST SERVICE EVER
