took my car for a warranty claim , and without confirming with me , took my vehicle to a unauthorized , autobody repairer for repair , color doesn't match and they over sprayed my entire vehicle , my Renault badge fell of and now they say there is nothing they can do for me . what a joke . and they said after all this that there was no warranty claim and they took it upon themselves to fix without my knowledge Short version
