Poor service by the technicians

Yesterday, I encountered a concerning issue while driving my children to school. My vehicle suddenly stopped, displaying engine lights and an oil pressure warning. Upon immediate inspection, I discovered that the vehicle was low on oil. Further investigation revealed that the oil filter was leaking. I promptly contacted my salesperson for guidance, who recommended reaching out to Renault SA. Additionally, I contacted a mechanic for a second opinion.

Upon inspection by the mechanic, it was determined that the Renault technician had attempted to remove the oil filter but caused damage in the process. They used silicone to temporarily fix the leak, refusing to take responsibility for the issue. The mechanic advised that the oil filter be replaced as there was clear evidence that it had not been changed since the vehicle's purchase date.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this recurring problem. In 2017, a similar incident occurred after a service appointment, where the vehicle was leaking oil from the filter upon my return. These instances have resulted in significant financial costs for me. The only person who cares about us is only the sales person
