Rude staff, slow service

worst experience I have ever had at a Renault dealership. I will never use this branch again. I had to wait 7 working days for a master clutch cylinder. Every day the receptionist Monica took 5-6 messages for Toni to call me back and she never ever calls me back. She called me now SCREAMING at me because she phoned me on Monday when it is now Thursday. I am not leaving messages for my health but because I need an update. She is disgustingly rude. the managers of that department are also sick every day both the manager and assistant manager. No one seems to care at that branch I will make sure to let all the people I know with Renaults and Kia's to never use that service department. Goodluck if you get Toni assigned to your vehicle. she really shouldn't be in customer service.
