Do not ever do a trade in with Renault Brackenfell!

on 22 October 2020 I traded in my Kia Rio at Renault Brackenfell, the trade in was supposed to be handled by Saleem Seedat. Come 1 November, and a debit oder for the Kia Rio comes off, to which I discovered my car settlement was never paid to WesBank, contacted Richard Wiles, that speedily made a payment. Problem is, the Kia Rio is still in my name on WesBank, and still has outstanding money, well, Richard is arguing that WesBank is incorrect, and the screenshot from the WesBank website isn't correct, odd considering the financing is done with WesBank. Richard is now ignoring my emails, and 3 weeks later the kia is still on my name...and still has outstanding money which is now accumulating interest.
