Very Very Very bad service from Renault

I sent my car to Renault Benoni to be fixed, I had a problem with the reverse gear. I was told that they need to replace the part and it will take 21 working days for the part to arrive from France. Fast forward yesterday I was called and casually told that my car has been ****** from the dealership.. No one is telling me how it happened, Netstar could not find the car either. What makes me so livid is that I'm told I'll be liable for the loss as I left my car there at my own risk.. What nonsense is this... I have no idea whats going on what's worse is I canceled insurance because I wanted to shop for a new one. That hasn't happened because I've fallen ill with cancer and I just concentrated on getting better. So now IL be punished for something that was not my fault especially when they told me that it's better I leave the car with them to avoid driving it all the time as it will cause damage to the clutch. I'm in tears as I have no idea what I'm going to do 😭
