Bad customer service

Don't even go to this woman for anything related to your wedding dress. She does not pay attention to detail and won't even reply to your emails. <br> <br> My wedding is in less than three weeks yet she just strung me around when I emailed her some questions about my dress. I am on a time crunch here and she doesn't even bother to reply... Very unprofessional.<br> <br> If you want someone to actually care about giving you good service, find someone else. My advice is that weddings are a delicate time, and brides need someone who actually cares and is not just after your money.<br> <br> Don't underestimate word of mouth... I will never recommend to any of my friends.
