WORST INSURANCE COMPANY

Renasa is the worst insurance company ever, stay away! They are known for finding excuses not to pay out your insurance claim. It took them 2 and a half months to decide they are going to reject our claim. The quote from the panelbeaters stated the vehicle as written off because the prices were LOADED!! You can't get hold of them, even my Bank where the vehicle was financed phoned me and ask for help because they couldn't get hold of these people, they don't answer calls or emails. Stay away, you are wasting your money with Renasa. If I could give them a 0 star it would be perfect. Read their reviews, everybody is complaining about the exact same thing, something is very wrong at that company.
