WHO WILL PAY FOR MY DAMAGES AND LOSS OF INCOME

Before I hand this matter over I would like to award Renasa the opportunity to respond.

You have won 1st place in the short term industry and I would like to think that I made the right decision by allowing you the privilege of handling my prized possessions

Earlier 2019 I had 2 incidents and I am not happy with the manner in which it was handled

1. 1 of my vehicles was in an accident and needed to be towed to my premises. On liaising with my Broker (Oaksure) you will get the history of this incident. At first, I did not want to claim but thereafter I decided to do so. My request was ignored and the vehicle returned to me

I was not aware of the extent of the damages at the time

My vehicle was stored for close to 3 weeks and then returned to me in a horrible condition. I emailed Oaksure.

I claimed for loss of income for the 3 weeks and was turned down

I would like to know why I was turned down as it was not my fault that the vehicle took 3 weeks to be returned to me whereas I could have had it with me the same day. I also paid over R10 000 in cash for repairs to this vehicle. Who is going to compensate me as the Driver said the bumper was out and when I received the vehicle there were so many other damages. Did the tow truck company damage my vehicle?

2. A second vehicle of mine was on the road and was not starting. The driver called the emergency number provided and was told the number does not exist. The driver kick started the vehicle because he was i a dangerous area and since then the vehicle computer box has been damaged. I have paid in cash for the repairs and the vehicle is not the same. Who is going to pay for those repairs and loss of income for this vehicle?
