Unnecessary deduction from claim settlement

Good Day If there was a way to give a minus 5 star rating for this company I would gladly do so. My vehicle was ****** from my property at the end of August this year and we are now almost at the end of October and still Renasa has not finalized my claim. I own and operate a panel beating business which is fully equipped and capable of handling any type of repairs and requested Renasa to allow me to repair MY OWN vehicle but Renasa insist it must go to a panel beater of their choice. After me refusing that they finally agreed to settle a CASH in LIEU based on THEIR assessors report but now apart from the usual excess being deducted they are now deducting a so called " FACTORING FEE" from the settlement. This was never mentioned at the beginning and I am totally against that. Renasa needs to come to the party and settle what's rightfully mine less ONLY the Excess. Might I add that I also have my business and another vehicle insured under them but I don't think they appreciate that business. IN spite of the inconvenience of having a vehicle ****** and the unnecessary running around we have to deal with this type of treatment from the insurer.
