Unhapply Client

This insurer increased my premium, but withdrew all benefits increase access without consent or notification. I was notified by my debit order then had to request for my policy as it did not make sense. Only after 3 calls, they decided to send my policy thats when i saw that I was being cheated and ******. They amended my policy without my knowledge or consent, and it will be a surprise when I have to claim after I would have found out that Im not covered and access has increased.
