unfair I dont argue when I pay you your monthly installment why do you argue when I claim???

Had a power surge recently and my freezer was damaged, we discovered this days later when all our game meat was off, trying to claim the damage from Renasa Insurance Company,

They were provided with pictures of damaged meat. Invoice for processing the game, a quotation to replace the meat. Invoice from technician who repaired the freezer. They then wanted proof of how we paid for the processing of the meat, we gave them a letter from our client who paid us cash for rent, as the meat processing was paid with cash received from this client. We were only paid out for the repair of the freezer but not the contents???
