<p>Was notifed on 02 July 2016 that my insurance broker, Quicksure, were parting ways and joining up with RENASA INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED and that this would be effective from 1 August 2016. They even included a nice write up on RENASA ETC ETC. Received first mail from RENASA on 19 Aug '16 confirming current policy and continuance of it with them, then BAM this morning, an email advising that there will be premiun and policy adjustments effective 01 OCt 2016. Having tried to call the company earlier this week, without success and leavign a message and not being called back I was slightly annoyed that my monthly premium had been adjusted from R843 per month to R 1124.95!!!! Is it really justifiable for any insurance company to simply adjust your monthly premiums by almost R300 per month. Is it that simply because we are mandated to have insurance that you can do this so a policy holder who has been with your sheme for almost 7 years? ********* BEHAVIOUR RENASA....VERY *********....</p>
