Renasa Insurance is a **** they have changed debit order date without my knowledge, I have been doing follow up with Austin Mpandawana, Novation Admin Centre, Carla Hattingh and Marius, all of them what they did was to ignore me, I have terminate their services for the past 4 months but guest what they are still debiting from my bank account. I have to reverse debit order every month because they change reference all the time and bank is changing me for that services. You’re a *******.
