This insurance company called Renasa RTU is trying to rob me, my vehicle got involved in an accident so the left hand fender got smeshed as well as the bonet and suspension, so now they want to write the vehicle off and pay the bank the value of the car which is R190000 and they say to fix the car is R257000 ,so how is it possible that the vehicle can be fixed with the amount of a new car. plz help because i don't understand this deal.
