Third Party Claim No.SPM549093

I have been waiting more than three months for a third party claim to be resolved with this company. But until now no one is willing to assist at RENASA. I have sent multiple emails to *** with documents he said he required buy until now he has not responded. I even try to phone them but no one responds on the number ***. I am really frustrated by the service received as not having my car is causing a huge inconvenience in my life.
