Third Party Claim
To cut a long story short, i had an accident on the 29 July 2014. A year later there is a third party claim again me. A summons was issued to me and was submitted to Renasa legal on the 24 July 2015. The dies to file an appearance to defend expires this Friday, 7 August 2015. I have had no feedback from Renasa Legal or Attorneys. I have been given the run around from both Renasa Legal. To date i have not received any response or feedback from Renasa legal or the attorney.
