<p>a Brach fell threw my caravans tent and now they had this to say:</p> <p> </p> <p>"This claim is as a result of a windstorm blowing a branch on onto a caravan tent. As the caravan is 26 years old and we are replacing the tent with a new one, we are applying a contribution of 40% for age and wear and tear"</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys know exactly how old the caravan was the day I insured it with you guys, why is the age only a problem when i want to claim?</p>

A pathetic revised settlement offer yes. After all the trouble I went threw proving that the quility of the tent is excellent you guys still don't want to pay out 100% - excess of the claim.
