taking 3 months and still no payout

I am very unhappy with Renasa. But to cut a long story short. Their client drove into the back of me while my car was parked in a parking. We sent all the documentation and 2 months down the line after begging and phoning and asking for a payment they finally made me sign a claim release for the actual amount I was quoted by the panel beaters to repair my car. Then I never received payment I started to ask questions and begging for payment they sent me another claim release for a much less amount saying they will not pay the full amount as it is not feasible. So after waiting for so long.. Not having a car to drive around I again just accept it and signed and send it back. Well all together it has been 3 Months now and I am still waiting for payment. I am tyred of waiting for my money. I need them to pay me emmediately so I can get my car repaired.
