Still waiting for 3rd part claim

Hi<br> <br> Renasa client bumped me last year November, they have been approving different amounts and as per the panelbeater MF Panelbeaters total damage is 60 thousand which they claim they not responsible for. Their client gave them an affidavit that she was 100% responsible for my damages but even today nothing is happening. It's 10 months since my car has been at the panelbeater. No one gives me feedback on what's happening. I was told 3rd party claims take 6 months but this now ridiculously taking long. I'm being inconvenienced having to take public transport from the South JHB to Midrand. This is the most shocking service I have eva seen especially since their client never denied bumping me but they coming up with all excuses to say they only liable for 16000 which as per the panelbeater is only for visible damages. Wonder if this is how they treat their clients or is this because we just 3rd parties they don't give a damn abt?????? DISGUSTED ! !! And I won't even be shocked by the response they are going to post
