SPM 552327 : renasa is not a company that can be trusted. I will never allow any one closed to me to take thier business to them.

I'm still struggling with this insurance for them to repair my vehicle. They have too my claim to their third party which is called OClS that are saying they denying liability and I askes them that they can not deny liability without visual evidence or a witness while the driver who was driving during that time the accident happened admitted that he is the one who is at fault due to the that he was driving couldn't break and that is the reason he skipped the red robot . And now they are telling me that even if their cleint admitted they will still investigate the claim, which they did and they gave me two different versions of the conclusion based on their investigation. At first they indicated that they denied liability because they indicated that the sole cause of the accident was the car that skipped the red robot. And that was the reason they denied liability and when I asked them which car are they referring to they told me that the black polo which was going on the same direction with me. I asked them how cause the accident report show them what happened with the sketch of the accident and how it happened.

I asked them that they need to review my claim, which they did and this time around they told me that because of the merit of the accident and since it happened at the intersection they deny liability because both of us says that the robot was green on our side. And since it happened on the intersection is the responsibility of every driver to check if the road is clear and safe for them to cross.

I send them email which they did not respond to me yet, about how did they come to their conclusion of their investigation of denying liability. I told them that they can not deny liability without witness statement or visual evidence which they do not.

I send them the witness statement but because they do not want to take responsibility and repair my car they are always trying to give me feedback that will not make them pay for the damages on my vehicle.

I even asked them the details of their investigation team leader, which it looks like they are not prepared to give me his contact details. I tried calling them with on success.

Please advise me on how to proceed with this matter as it seems like they are not prepared to take the responsibility of the thier client mistakes and fix my car, but on the other hand they had compensated thier clients because the car has been written off.

I want is for the to repair my vehicle. I even tried to communicate with the company that the car belongs to that is Citiq and they told me that they have nothing to say to me and everything is being handled by their insurance. While I'm the one who assisted them with the accident report while they where struggling to get one and the even told me that they will be submitting my claim together with thiers which was a lair. They used me to get their claim sorted and now I am all alone with thier insurance company that is not even willing to fix my car.

I have two different outcomes of my claim as to why they denying liability to repair my car, which I feel that they can not deny liability with visaul evidence or witness, which I had submitted a witness statement of the person who saw the client car skipping the red robot. And they come and tell me that thier statement says the robot was green on his side, which is a not true.

The who was driving the company car the company indicated that he is no longer working for them.

This renasa company is trying to rob people. All they want is for them to receive payments and when is time for them to do the right thing they will come with the stories so that they don't pay.

Any advice on how to treat this matter going forward cause I am not going to let them do this to me. If it means I have to go to court with them then that will be my last step. How can you deny liability without evidence that support your statements.
