Small claim payout / Big claims have reasons NOT to pay

The house was built in 2008 and was enrolled at the NHBRC.
The house was built using a building loan, thus the house was inspected by the municipal inspector and the bank's inspector at every stage of the building process.
Both inspectors needed to be satisfied before we could progress with the next phase, and to get the next portion of the bank loan to carry on.
The wall was built in 2008 and was part of the building inspected by the municipal inspector and bank inspector.
The engineer/inspector requested that there should be steel rods in the foundation and the builder did adhere to the request.
The foundation of the wall is still intact and undamaged.
On the 22nd October 2016, there was a massive storm. Big road signs were blown over and a couple of residence's perimeter walls was blown over by the strong winds.
My one perimeter wall was also blown over. This resulted in the electric fence to be damaged too.
The energizer was also damaged by lightning. As a result of the wall that was damaged, the lighting on the wall was also damaged.
I contacted my insurance broker, DM Consultants, and informed them of the property damage and they provided me with a claim form. I also provided my broker with pictures of the incident.
I returned the completed claim forms, accompanied by a builder's quote. I informed them again that I am going to start preparing for the rebuild of the wall because my security is severely compromised at the moment.
I followed up on the progress of the claim submitted. I then got a reply that an assessor was appointed and will contact me for an appointment.
The assessor did an inspection and asked me a couple of questions. He also took some pictures.
An engineer was also appointed by RENASA to come and inspect the wall. I then realised that RENASA does not want to pay my claim and is looking for excuses, not to pay for the damage.
My broker informed me that they received the report but it was referred to management for approval.

My broker informed me that RENASA refuse to pay my claim. I immediately informed him that I will then have to approach the Ombudsman because I feel it is a legitimate claim and should be paid by RENASA.

I have never skipped an insurance payment in my life.
