Settlement offer that is unfair and in bad faith

A third party claim was admitted and quotes provided for damages which were reasonable, fair and in good faith

A settlement offer was given by Remasa for only a third of the damages. I responded by requesting them to act in good faith and in fairness by providing a reasonable settlement offer which they flat out rejected.

They willfully downscaled the damages in their favour; they rejected quotes provided in good faith and in all fairness to restore my property to me in the condition it was before the accident that is reasonable

Renasa is diliberately giving settlement offers which no reasonable person can accept and not honoring their obligations

If you are insured with Renasa ... beware they will leave you hanging with a third party claim against you and you are faced with the plaintiff
