I am insured with these people. On Sunday my car key broke as a result of me attempting to start my car when my battery died. My car was towed to Kia on Monday. I was promised a courtesy car in the event that I did not have use of my car. I have been stranded for the last 3 days. I have tried to handle this with the highest level of patience. Only to be told in the end that they only cover the key of it was lost or damaged in an accident. What difference does it make because currently I can't use my car as a result of a damaged key? I am really appalled about how this is being handled. We are being sold lies. These people are happy to take money off our accounts and when we are supposed to be helped we get the run around. It's such a shame
