Run for the hills. Absolutely useless company. I submitted a third party claim to them that is 100% their insured fault. After 2 months of back and forth they "offered" me 60% of the quote to repair my vehicle. In contrast I then took it to my insurance Santam and they approved the quote for repairs within 2 days.

This company uses external providers to handle various sections of their business , you can't phone them you only communicate with email.

All interaction with this company and their representatives is about delaying tactics. One of the company representatives that I dealt with was Oxford Claims and Legal Services.

I send pictures of the accident only the find that their email server can't handle big files. I then send them the pictures as zip files , they don't know what zip files are. I then send them pictures with a google drive link , they can't open google link files. Eventually they requested that i only send pictures as pdf and gif format files. Most people won't even know how to convert to such formats as most image/ pictures are in jpeg format. As you can see anything to delay the processing of the claims , just a plain unprofessional lot with no timelines and they luv blaming anything on somebody else.
