Resana - geyser element claim not resolved, 5 days later
First time claim and all I'm getting is a headache. Geyser element faulty, 5 days later the issue is still not resolved. This is ridiculous. Why do we pay for these services only to be frustrated and sent from pillar to post for such a small matter.
Highly not recommendable.
