Renassa and OCLS the worst third part claims ever

I have been struggling with a third party claim and I have checked previous post on Hellopeter which I have made them aware of.

I received an email from Shaleen Ncube 17 October 2018, who had requested me to send through documents for SPM 420060 which I had sent through on 18 October 2018, whereby their client had reversed into my parked car and she(the client) acknowledged that she was at fault. After the documents had been sent off I waited to get a response of confirmation that the documents have been received which I had not, on the 22 October 2018 I sent the below

Hi Shaleen,

I need you to give me confirmation of receipt. I have been reading through HelloPeter responses and hope this case wont be one of them where I do not receive a response and whereby you use delay tactics, I will not stand for that. I am Senior Customer Relations at my company and know what customer service should be, please confirm that you have received all documentation.

After sending the above I waited and on 23 October 2018 I received a response, which said and I will thread the below emails so you may see

Good day,

The above matter refers.

Please note that I have submitted your claim for review.

Can you follow up with me after 5 working days for an update on your claim.

-My Response

Hi Nombulelo,

Thank you for your email, I will follow up in 5 working days and then after 5 working days I emailed

Oct 31, 2018, 9:23 AM (7 days ago Hi Nombulelo,

I am doing a follow up on my current case, I await your response.

Please note that I will not accept an answer stating you are waiting managers approval as I have seen many cases of this online.

After this was sent I still had not received no response, I called in to find out how far they are with the process and she told me she is waiting on manager approval and I should call the next Monday 05 November 2018, I called Monday and got the response she is waiting on her supervisor for approval, I responded okay I will call again tomorrow. I called the next day and I got the same response with the added that they need to check to see if I am to get the claim. Let us just stop here quick, is it not clear that when you knock a parked NON MOVING STATIONARY vehicle and the driver which reversed in into your vehicle tells you that its their fault, is this not confirmation enough? just to get everyone up to date this happened on 28 August 2018, I have been waiting since then my car has leaked in and my sound system damaged due to water damage.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they do not have direct lines to them, I will call again today and which ever the outcome if not in a way forward I will now take legal action and sue OCLS for damages incurred while I am being given the run around as now my vehicle is rusting due to weather complications as the matter is dragging, the quotes provided is for a month period what if I go back now and due to the extra rust the price is increased? what will happen then?
