Renasa's Assessor

So I was in an accident last week which was deemed not my fault. My car has been taken in for assessment at an authorized Panel beater who physically inspected the car quote came back to be over R30k more then my car is worth and I get they will look for better pricing on the car, now note that since the accident the safety and stability of car has been greatly compromised including damage to the A pillarand a major electrical problem has also been found due to the short on the light. Renasa's assessor has deemed the car repairable without without taking all of these into consideration. Thus they deem the safety of there client whom I might add has never missed a debit order less important then what the car is worth. I have been with Renasa for about 6 years and have never once had anything like this happen to me yet they I feel they deem my life less important. And believe me when the finance review comes up they are quick to raise my monthly instalments.
