Renasa ,With a minus 100 net promoter score -why would you let then insure you?

Again I would have loved to give them zero stars. The feedback and communication from them as to the damages to my vehicle was shocking. They did not even know that my vehicle has been with Autolab trough out the lockdown and did absolutely nothing to even read my mails and complaints and just pass the buck. Guys pls don't ever do business with Renasa, they have no concern for the customer and customer experience means nothing to them and the staff has now idea to look at facts above profit
