Renasa under value third party offer

Three quotes received for damage to my vehicle by Renasas client. Paperwork sent onto OCLS - this took an inordinate amount of time and only badgering them and bombarding them with emails produced any response. The quotes received to fix my vehicle were R19 135.50, R16 346.85 and R15 184.05 and they have offered me R8322.00 as a final settlement. I have told them that is unacceptable and they must contact me urgently. Needless to say no reply, no response. Absolutely appaling.
