Renasa: The Insurance Nightmare That Just Won't End

I recently had a terrible experience dealing with Renasa insurance, Quest Claim Solutions, and the Garrun Group. After being hit by another driver who was insured through Renasa and using the Garrun Group as their broker, I submitted a third-party claim to Renasa through Quest Claim Solutions.

Unfortunately, Quest Claim Solutions lowballed me at first and offered me far less than what was needed to properly fix my car. After weeks of negotiations, I finally received a settlement offer that was barely enough to cover the repairs, and I signed the offer on March 26th, 2023.

However, it has now been more than 30 days since the offer was signed, and the claim has still not been paid out as promised. It's now May 4th, 2023, and my car is still not fixed, even though the accident happened almost 6 months ago.

Throughout this entire process, Renasa, Quest Claim Solutions, and the Garrun Group have been completely unhelpful and unsupportive. They have failed to provide me with adequate compensation, delayed the claims process, and have not helped me resolve any of the issues that have arisen.

I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Renasa, Quest Claim Solutions, or the Garrun Group to look elsewhere. This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I would not want anyone else to go through what I have.
