RENASA sucks thank goodness for the Ombudsman sense of fairness and justice!

After flood damage to our home Feb this year we experienced endless problems with RENASA Insurance and their *********** assessor who tried all the tricks in the book to repute and later on to reduce our claim as much as they could. So much so that we had no option but to approach the Ombudsman for help. Fairness and justice prevailed when the Ombudsman ruled in our favour against RENASA this week 8 months later, who like numerous other ********* big insurance companies who are dedicated to not paying their client's claims out.
