RENASA STILL NOT PAYING OUT INSURER PORTION AFTER A MONTH

My vehicle was involved in an accident. I am insured my Renasa. The claim was submitted almost a month ago. The vehicle was settled at the bank, but I am still waiting for the rest of the amount due to met to be paid out. Apparently they will only pay out my portion when they receive the original registration from Wesbank.

This is poor service, and in the mean time, I can not buy a new vehicle, because I need to use my portion for a deposit.
