Renasa RTU(vehicle insurance)

Renasa RTU:::this Company is a ******* they ***** clients money by allowing to Cover vehicles and not stipulating anything that might avoid a claim to be successful but agree only to take numerous and ridiculous premiums which change time to time its been a month since i submitted my claim and m being told m under investigation for insane reasons because they still allowed me to do what they investigating me for in the name of my Money... This is a warning m gonna sue this Company for loss of income and ***** charging me different premiums for same Cover and fail to assist me on my claim... I spoke to the arrogant lady handling my claim by the name of Shanaz that one has no skills for customer service very poor, the manipulative guy Thami on claims Management he only promise what he can't do... I made sure i pay in time all my premiums even when i was over charged i never skipped any premium by so doing I was preparing for the unforseen circumstances but now m a Culprit m under investigation Renasa you'll better sort out my claim already a month has passed so i give you up to 25 March By Zama Mbokazi contact me on *** or ***
