Renasa not responding

I had accident on the 14th of Nov and logged a claim with Renasa a day after, they did their investigation and now the are quite. Broker have been saying they are waiting for feedback from Renasa for the past three weeks and they are not getting anything, follow up is being done. I have sent emails to Renasa with no feedback. Renasa should respond to people.
