Renasa is incompatent

After reporting to hello peter about renasa insurance .renasa replyed to me and investigate the problem .after video footage was submitted .they stretched the so called investigation for 8 working days and came up with a new bull**** story not to pay .my question is are the people that looked at the footage blind .renassa is useless .
