Renasa is an *********** and careless insurer

*********** and careless establishments like Renasa are costing us our livelihoods. I signed up for vehicle insurance with Renasa and after reading their policy schedule & wording I knew I did not want to work with them and so 4 days before my policy with them was due to commence, I asked to cancel the policy. This was so as to give them time to process this request and not debit account. But they did not process my request anyway and they still debited me.

Now I've been trying to get them to reverse this debit order and refund me my money, but they've been mum with my money in their pockets. My bills are due and i'm struggling to pay them because of this.

Please refund my money!
