Renasa Insurance Warning!!!!! ⛔️

Can’t believe how terrible Renasa has become. So disappointed with our claim for accidental damage on our iPhone. Didn’t even want to give one star. Been waiting so long and everything has been taking forever. Got informed we need a damage report with quotation, photo ect. After going through all of that to be told they will fetch the phone to do their own damage report…. Why waste my time, effort and money to get the initial damage report done if you’re going to be doing it yourself. 🤦🏼♀️ Not only have I had to wait and follow up on what should’ve been a pain free claim, but now I must be happy getting little bit more than half of what the phone was initially insured for. Terrible insurance company. Don’t bother insuring with them, rather find a better more reputable underwriter. 😡
