Renasa Insurance is a Bad Insurance that Does Not want to pay out Claims

My experience with Renasa Insurance is the worst ever. I had a buglary in my house after i paid premuims on 15 November 2022 and put in a notice 22 November to stop the insurance from the 15 December 2022 because i was changing insurance.

Renasa intially did not want to process the claim at all. I decided to report them to the ombudsman, then they decided that they will process the claim. After acquiring quotes for all the things that were ****** an investigator came and assessed then they claim that i was infradulently claiming and i intended to stop the insurance from end November.

I am really dissappointed in Renasa whom had increased my premuims after i had the first buglary December 2021. So if you are looking for insurance do not go to Renasa they are an unreliable insurance they do not want to process claims and they accuse you of being fradulant when there is evidence that you are not.
