Renasa Insurance Incompetence

Pitty I cant give negative marks! Worst insurance service I have ever dealt with. After submitting quotations for a new dishwasher they completely ignore the amounts quoted and make up their own value for a new machine. Then they are only willing to pay just over 50% their made up quote and I must pay the rest while my policy schedule clearly states I am liable for a 10% or R1000 minimum excess payment. Stay away from Renasa!
