RENASA horrible service

if ever there was an insurance company to steer clear off, it would be RENASA.<br> i have claims outstanding from at late as june 2014 that have been unattended when i was accosted by 3 males and ****** off my cellphones and wallet. 2 months later i had an incident at my residence which remains unpaid. furthermore i had a break in at my business in september 2014 and have had no joy with RENASA paying out any claims. my premiums are paid and up to date. it ridiculous that such pathetic service delivery exists in this country. i am at the point of reporting them to the financial services board and insurance ombudsman should i receive no joy within 2 weeks.<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM RENASA IF YOU WANT A DECENT INSURANCE EXPERIENCE!!!
