Renasa ***** on claims
Had an incident December 2014 in Kimberly, tried phoning Renasa Emergency Services from 4 different phones for more than 4 hours and never got answered or the phones was just dropped in our ears. Had to then book into a motel and purchase mag and Tyre cash to get back to pretoria as Renasa Emergency was not available. After putting in a claim for just over R3000, I got paid out a mere R1000 as they do not pay more than a R500 for towing and R500 for accommodation. I would like my Emergency service cut that I have been paying them Back as the service is **********!!!

We are sorry that you had a problem getting through to our Assist line. However we have reimbursed you the maximum benefit offered by the Assist program.
Your accommodation amounted to R593.39, we reimbursed you R500
Towing amounted to R650.01, we reimbursed you R500.
The replacement of the tyre and rim amounted to R2 500 which is within the policy excess of R2 800.
Should you wish to cancel the Renasa Assist facility you are to arrange same via your broker.
